  • I visited you warrington branch 000100. When shopping they said down the app on you phone to get 10% off. Asked for help for somebody to do it, very nice chap helped me waited for a text, which didn’t happen. Had a word with manager who could not do anything about me getting 10% , as I had purchased £74 of goods. I am very disappointed as I am a O A P and struggle with all the technology.     I shop in your Sunderland branch regularly and find the staff incredibly pleasant and helpful. Yesterday (7th Dec) was naturally very busy but the queue went down quickly and without any problems. The cashiers always have time for the customer and provide a “service with a smile”
    I was served by Steph who was very efficient and made sure my purchases were packed very well ( often not done in other stores)

  • First of all, this website is intimidating. Hard to know if it’s genuine or not.

    I visited your store in Weston-super-Mare No 159 to buy some holiday clothes for my partner. It’s a fairly small store, so choice limited. What I chose to buy was good value and well designed. Your assistant at the till, Bozena, was charming, polite and efficient. A human touch!

  • We were shopping in Matalan in Centre of Cardiff on Friday with September I was with my wheelchair bound husband who was purchasing a suit, as he cannot stand at all it was very difficult to try certain items on. The young man who assisted us was named Jon, he was so patient and helpful, chatting throughout which really helped my husband enormously. I would be very grateful if my thanks could
    be passed onto him. I would also like to pass on May thanks to Ash at the checkout who was also very helpful and pleasant.

  • I m matalan black card holder. It’s mean I m VIP customer of matalan according to them. As a black card holder I got reward of 10% off on clothing. When I visited the store and bought some clothes I thought 10% would be free on every item but 10% off altogether. For me it was a jok that matalan played with me. On one hand it says vip customer and the other hand it plays such kind of jokes with its customers. I was extremely unhappy with the shopping. They should not do such stupid jokes with their customers. They should respect us. 10% off altogether is nothing. They should be sincere with their customers.

  • Store 212. I would just like to say how helpful Tom Wells was putting back some plates for me over the christmas period. I think he went that extra mile seeing how many plates were in the store and making sure they were waiting for me at the tills when I went in that day. I hope Tom gets recognition for this .

  • Harlow matalan is much better now . Would like to see more in store for the curve range got a lovely shirt . Would to see more for the larger lady you would sell so much more if you carater for them . Hope to see more in curve range . Please
