Once you finish the feedback form at tellus.vintageinn.co.uk, you will receive a voucher through your inbox for a complimentary treat on your next visit.

The survey is designed to solicit their customers’opinions and suggestions, and to further improve all aspects of customer experience. At the survey site, you can provide your ratings based upon your most recent visit, and also post your additional comments. Taking care of customer is what they are all about at Vintage Inns.

How to participate in Tell Vintage Inns survey?

1. Keep your cash register receipt and go to tellus.vintageinn.co.uk on your computer.

2. Enter the telephone number of the pub you visited and enter the survey. The telephone number can be found on your receipt.

3. Then you will be asked to answer some general questions about your experience and click the “Next” button.

4. You’re also required to enter your Name, Telephone, and Email Address.

5. Click the Send button

6. Your feedback will go straight to the manager of the pub you visited.

7. When you’ve completed the survey, they will send you a voucher straight to your inbox for a complimentary treat on your next visit.

  • Quality, quantity and price of our meal was not satisfactory. We did eat it as we were hungry but have decided that we would not return in future.

  • My wife and I had lunch at 12:30 on 21st March (equinox). The food and drinks that we ordered arrived in a timely manner and was very very good. Staff were attentive but not “in your face). A comfortable and relaxing ambience.

    A special thank you to our waiter, Anthony, who was knowledgeable throughout and always had a smile. We look forward to being served by him in the near future.

  • I have been visiting The Old Stables in Fontwell regularly since January 2019. I have to say that every single visit has been a pleasure. Sean and his team are welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate about the customer service they provide. I have recommended the venue to many friends and colleagues and indeed, had my work leaving ‘do’ there as I have always found the food and drink to be very nice indeed. So a big shout out to Sean, Ellie, Dani, Sam, Sarah, Kayleigh, Sam, Joe, Matt, Tara, Des, Billy, Hannah x2, Oakley, Sam the chef. I sincerely hope I haven’t forgotten anyone. Thanks so much to you all for a cracking few months. I wish you all the best for the future. Paul.

  • Just to comment that we enjoyed a very good meal at The Bakers Arms, near Poole, Dorset. The food was excellent and we both greatly enjoyed the mixed meze platter which we understand is a new addition to the menu. Our waitress Nikki was welcoming, friendly and very efficient; to summarize an excellent dining experience

    Visited the Red Kite at Wakefield yesterday. We greatly enjoyed the Sunday roast lunch. It was cooked to perfection, well presented and good value for money. Craig, the waiter provided us with friendly and efficient service.

  • We called into The Swan pub in Heddon-on-the-Wall to ask about accommodation. Deb and Megan where fantastic, made a couple of phone calls and we were booked in at a farm B&B.
    We later returned for a great evening meal after our first day cycling Hadrian’s Wall.

    Enjoyed excellent food and real ale, friendly cheerful staff, lovely surrounding.

    Will definitely be returning.

    I visited the Mermaid at Wightwick with 4 friends during our Narrow boat trip and we had a Very enjoyable evening and a Very Good meal which was served by Farrah we all found Farrah and the rest of the staff to be Very Welcoming and Friendly an the next time we pass this way we will definitely call in again.

  • I tried to complete a Vintage Inns feedback, but was prevented, as the final page repeatedly asked me to enter a date of birth (21/02/1951) but would not accept that I had entered it.

  • I recently visited The Thatched House with my friend & Mum, we had a super meal and were looked after by Sonia who did a fantastic job. She was polite and so accommodating it made our night special.

  • Visited three cups in Stamford bridge and had the worst dried up gammon ever. We declined the offer of another meal as two of us were part way through our meals before we were asked if everything was ok The waitress said she would mention it to the manager We assumed the manager would come and speak to us when presented with the bill we enquired what the managers comments were. The waitress suggested we spoke to him directly Time elapsed but NO SHOW When confronted on the way out he was less than apologetic and appeared to think it was our fault for not ordering another meal. The gammon should never have left the kitchen We won’t be going back. To say my birthday was ruined is an understatement

  • I have tried to leave my comments on a visit to The Cow and Calf, Ilkley, on Saturday 1st June. Your survey will not accept my date of birth in the format it is asked for . This survey is a con as it cannot be completed!

  • The reception was well received as my “on-line” booking had not been received by the pub. however the maitre D was able to accommodate me.
    I was looked after by Charlotte who wad both welcoming and very efficiently. The food was served in a timely manner and was quite tasty. A very good impression will lead to further visits.

  • Lovely meal as usual but downside had to order at the till which reduced the experience and felt as if you were in a café. No connection with waiting staff and no one to ask if you wanted more drinks.

    Food good but didn’t like this new system of ordering food at bar.

  • Mon 17th June I was invited to a free meal as I am a volunteer at St Margaret’s Hospice Taunton. What a wonderful evening the Mill Inn at Bathpool gave us. The food was 1st class a nd there was free wine for us.
    We were looked after by Lorna and the compare/vocalist Tom Brain was fantastic.
    We all had a truly lovely evening and I will certainly visit again.

  • Why does your stupid survey website refuse to allow me in ? For the last seven days I have tried and failed to get any response from this site. WHY ?

  • Well this is frustrating and pointless. This can’t be completed from your phone. Don’t want a free anything enough to buy a computer to fill out yet another survey. Not good when companies are asking for feedback.

  • My husband and I had a meal at the Hillside Inn, Crawley on 16th July. Our meal was very nice and we were asked if we would complete a questionnaire by our waitress. We left our receipt on the table with our payment, which the waitress took. I realised I did not have the receipt and asked the waitress if I needed it to complete the survey, she told us it was not required. I have come home ready to complete the survey and find that I DO need the receipt.
    If staff ask you to complete a survey they should know that a receipt is required.

    A group of 10 of us enjoyed a Friday lunchtime at The Aperfield Inn.
    The food was tasty, hot, and all came out at the same time.
    We were served by 2 waitresses Nina and Julie, who were both delightful.
    We will be coming again that’s for sure!

  • We went to your restaurant last night. Cannot fault the food. But not enough staff on for the amount of customer. We were searching for staff when ordering drinks. and had to ask staff could they move our empty glasses as they were pilling up. This is something we have found before at the restaurant.

    Very welcoming and attentive, all done with smiles and humour.
    They were exactly the same with all the customers, pausing at tables to check if all was well, and making all clients feel welcome and special.
    The quality of the food was also excellent.Beautifully presented and so tasty.

  • Hi I’ve lost my receipt so can’t do the survey , but wanted to say I was served by jake , at The Badgers Sett in Cropston in Leicester , I went to accompany my mum for her friends birthday, he was really good with the kids there and interacted with them very well , I’m also vegan and he was quick to get me the menu , he was very friendly and chatty , and was on hand for anything extra needed

  • On 23 September had excellent fish & chips/apple crumble lunch with friends at the Crooked Chimney and as usual we had very friendly prompt service from Fiona.

  • We, (my wife Wendy and I), attended a MacMillan Coffee Morning at the Tawny Owl Darlington today, ( Friday 27th September 2019).
    The ‘ambience’ and the VERY attentive Staff were outstanding. A very enjoyable hour and a half.

  • Recently stayed for a full week in Perth at a hotel with bed only services and so was annoyed beyond words. Thankfully next door was a pub/resteraunt and everyday my meals were excellent. I had a different meal for every night. the standard was excellent and consistent portion size was made to measure and staff were friendly and unobtrusive. All in all it turned out an enjoyable week considering the start.

  • The staff were amazing my salad was a great potion but my mum and my hustbands roast dinners were small potioned wasn’t filling but good tasting the desserts were lovely too

  • Visited the Glover arms ilk hunting tower park twice over a period of a few days 6th 11th October and was made very welcome by a young man by the name of Stuart MacPherson he made myself and my husband more than welcome, on our second visit we took our friends also thought the welcome brilliant the drinks and food was good but the welcome from Stuart made it all the better.     Good food and excellent service from front of house staff, BUT we had to wait one hour for the food!!

  • Dined at Vintage inn in Leyland yesterday afternoon with my wife, sister-in-law and brother-in-law. 3 of us are vegetarian and were surprised at the excellent vegan/vegetarian choices. Our meals were really tasty, beautifully presented and served with friendly professionalism by our waitress, Olivia.
    A massive well done all round and thank you so much for such a pleasant afternoon in a wonderful setting.

  • The food was excellent but the waiter service was very.very poor it took us over 90 min
    to order our sweet ,it was not the waiters fault but in my opinion lack of staff to take
    orders and serve ,you could see most customers where concerned about the lack
    of attention to each table .The waiter did his best in the circumstances his name was connor. would I go back again it needs a lot of consideration .
